I can honestly say it is the best fitness club I have joined. I was a bit sceptical asking myself, would 30 minutes circuits be enough to meet my fitness goals?
I have to admit that 30 minutes are more than enough! I have seen a huge quality improvement in my overall fitness level. I have managed to maintain a healthy weight without the need to heavily restrict my diet or spend endless workout hours.
The overall atmosphere is so great, that getting that extra sweat is actually enjoyable. I don’t think I would ever be able to return back to a conventional gym again to be very honest. One last highlight is also the fact that it is always clean, which to me is a massive plus for a gym!

Our training method is set out to recreate everyday movements; functional fitness is at the heart of what we offer. Our workouts involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups.
Short on time? We got you. You only have to commit 30 minutes at a time and completely on your own schedule
Workouts are delivered using screen-based technology, which displays exactly what to do every step of the way. A series of screens are organised station-by-station for each daily workout. This is then complimented by the guidance and motivation from our on-site, qualified RETRA trainers.
